DARLING WEST ANNOUNCES CHRISTMAS TOUR 2026
Ever since Darling West performed the Christmas concert «Kvelden før kvelden» on NRK in 2022, and with that streamed into hundreds of thousands of people's homes and living rooms, the concert has been described as equally fantastic and legendary. They had guests on stage such as Dagny, Odd Nordstoga, Sivert Høyem and Jarle Bernhoft, and the concert is watched again by both previous and new viewers every single year.
Darling West is known for their ability to delight, and not least their fantastic folk and pop songs, which are continually embraced by fans, concert goers and media. With the Christmas concert they also showed that they have the ability to bring forward something distinctive, engaging and beautiful with their interpretations of the traditional Christmas songs, and in 2023 they released the Christmas album «Lights» to a glowing reception from audiences and reviewers. In 2025 they followed up with the Christmas song «Holiday for Two».
In 2026 they will once again go on Christmas tour throughout the country. A Christmas tour that is already becoming a tradition, and which has become a regular fixture for many of the band's numerous fans. In 2025 many of the Christmas concerts were sold out, and audiences were treated to the band's own songs, and the well-known and beloved Christmas songs delivered with warmth, charm and intimacy.
If you wish to find some calm ahead of the holidays, you will not want to miss this evening, where you will get to experience a Darling West that guarantees both Christmas atmosphere, harmony singing and instrumental treats of the highest order.
