In our daily lives, we often operate on autopilot, driven by instinct, emotions, and habits. Hammersmark questions why so many of us allow fear and anxiety to hold us back from reaching our full potential—even in one of the world’s safest societies.
Drawing on his unique military background, Hammersmark shares insights and reflections on self-leadership, trust, and collaboration—elements that are crucial for both the individual and the team. He takes us back to our human roots to explore the irrational fears that shape our everyday lives. How can we identify and improve our reactions, and what can we learn from high-performing teams to achieve great results?
This talk demonstrates how small adjustments can have a significant impact on your life and your workplace. Hammersmark believes it is possible to set high standards while maintaining a friendly and secure working environment. Values such as care, collaboration, and psychological safety are essential for growth and performance.
