elle melle
elle melle consists of Odd Erik Ognedal, Svein Hyttebakk and Jon Konrad Strøm. A much-loved Norwegian band with a growing fanbase, they have released eight full-length albums, received the Prøysen Award and been nominated for the Edvard Award.
The band’s catalogue has amassed more than 13 million streams, and for nearly 30 years, songs from their extensive collection have been played on radio stations across Norway.
Most people will recognise songs such as “Frokost På Kafe”, “Ikkje Vekk Meg Når Du Går”, “På Denne Tiå Her i Fjor”, “Du Sko Vært Her Nå”, “Ser Du Då At Eg E Din” and, not least, the instant classic “Himmelhøge Sti”.
The trio will also perform newer elle melle songs, including “Emigrant”, recorded and released as a duet with Trygve Skaug. A new full-length album is due for release in spring 2027.
For the concert at Stavangeren, elle melle will be joined by Kurt Lisø on drums and Simen Ytre-Arne on bass.
Following an extensive touring schedule and numerous sold-out shows across Norway in recent years, elle melle has received fantastic reviews and is looking forward to performing at Stavangeren once again!
