Fangst is back with a new album and tour! On 4 December the band takes over Hulen as part of the exclusive «3000» tour.
With a new album in their luggage Fangst heads out on the road, but opportunities to experience the band live will be few. In 2026 they are only doing four club concerts – and on Friday 4 December they take the stage at Hulen.
The new album «3000» is released on 4 September and will be the band's third album – times a thousand. Here Fangst attacks popular music on their own terms and makes rock pop again. The result is a dynamic work that moves from delicate melodies to big riffs and energetic outbursts.
Even before the album release Fangst has given several tastes of what is to come. The singles «Samantha» and «Indigo» have among other things been A-listed on P3 Musikk and received good reviews.
«3000» was recorded live, with all the musicians gathered in the same room at a former domestic science school on the outer edge of Østfold. This gives the music a vivid and organic expression, where the band's dynamic interplay takes centre stage. Johannes Fjeldstad's lyrics add images from urban life and move between the dark and the beautiful, wrapped in catchy melodies and a band with great musical abundance.
In a short time Fangst has built up an impressive catalogue and established itself as a band that truly comes into its own on stage. Or as they say themselves: «People who like music tend to love Fangst!»
With only four club concerts in 2026, the evening at Hulen will be one of few chances to experience «3000» live.
