Dukketeaterverkstedet turns 30 and celebrates with a mini-festival of puppet and figure performances for children and families on Saturday 7 November 2026!
A Christmas Carol
Scrooge hates Christmas! He is a grumpy, selfish and mean old man. He is an unkind boss, doesn't care about the poor and is rude to his family. As Christmas approaches, Scrooge is visited by three Christmas spirits who show him what Christmases past, future and present can be!
Dukketeaterverkstedet takes a deep dive into the classic A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, and out comes a living pop-up book, where grumpy old men, lively spirits and the spirit of Christmas meet the audience.
