Finally there will be a concert in the home city of Bergen for GABRIELS NOVGOROD!
Since they last gathered a packed house at Statsraaden, cheers and full venues have followed the four gentlemen, among others at Vossa Jazz, Varangerfestivalen and Hardanger musikkfest.
Look forward to Finnish and Yiddish tango, yearning Russian waltzes, North Swedish ultra-swing with Cossack steps and always irresistible Evert Taube. In short: ethnic popular music from the Baltic region from the 1930s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s! With feeling, temperament and powerful four-part singing. With new treats in the goodie bag!
Gabriels Novgorod consists of Gabriel Fliflet (accordion, vocals), David Chelsom Vogt (fiddle, vocals), Kristoffer Chelsom Vogt (double bass, vocals) and Jørgen Sandvik (guitar, vocals).
