Do not expose them to light. Do not get them wet. Above all, no matter how much they cry, no matter how much they beg, never, never feed them after midnight!
Billy Peltzer receives a cute, little furry creature, a Mogwai, from his father for Christmas. He names it Gizmo and they become good friends. The problem is that there are certain rules that come with owning a Mogwai as a pet. These rules are quickly broken and the Christmas celebrations descend into a Christmas monster massacre! A successful blend of humour, satire and horror made Gremlins one of the decade's great blockbusters, and sweet Gizmo remains to this day a beloved and cherished character for many.
