Habeeb & Bishop: Arabisk folkemusikk og elektronika

Khaled Habeeb (oud) and John Derek Bishop (live sampling) are a duo that combines Arabic folk music and electronic music. The music they create together is improvised with roots in traditional Arabic music and ambient experimental electronic music. In autumn 2026 they release their first album together (Ekkofremtid). They have among others performed together at Victoria Nasjonale Jazzscene (Oslo), Punkt Festival (Kristiansand), Riksscenen (Oslo), Sølvberget (Stavanger) and Folken (Stavanger). Welcome to an atmospheric concert.
