Welcome to concert no. 2 in the series Heidi Lambach with guests! Wednesday 6 May, Tivoli at Cornerteateret will be filled with warm voices, powerful lyrics and music that is allowed to breathe. This is a completely acoustic evening – created for a listening and attentive audience.
Through seven Wednesday concerts from April to October, Heidi Lambach invites you to an intimate and atmospheric concert series where you get to experience new music and exciting female songwriters and artists.
Heidi Lambach, who is soon releasing her third solo album, performs songs from her own catalogue and leads the evening with a steady hand and a twinkle in her eye. She will also interpret well-known cover songs in a new guise together with the guest artists. Heidi sings in the Bergen dialect, and her music moves in the landscape between ballad, pop and folk.
The evening has a loose and playful tone, where the artists share stories about how the songs come to life and what inspires them. You can look forward to beautiful three-part vocal harmonies, viola, piano and flute – all in a close and intimate format.
Guest artists this evening:
MIRIEL (Maria Gilberg Spikkeland) Songwriter and artist with a dreamy expression inspired by soft pop and film music. With her distinctive, floating vocal she creates a beautiful and atmospheric soundscape.
Rushana Brandanger Violist in Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and composer with a fondness for the melodic and cinematic. She combines viola and vocals in an expression that is both intimate and grand, and has toured large parts of Europe.
Welcome to an atmospheric intimate concert in Tivoli – one of Bergen's cosiest concert rooms – at Cornerteateret.
