What is inspiration? What is creativity? How is creative inspiration sparked, and why?
In this lecture-recital, composer, pianist, organist and Professor of Music Wolfgang Plagge invites the audience into the spontaneous world of the creative mind – the source and nourishment of all human communication.
Many people know Wolfgang Plagge as a pianist, composer, professor and familiar voice from radio, while others remember him as a child prodigy. He began playing the piano at the age of four and was only ten years old when he won a talent competition on British television. Shortly afterwards, he made his debut as a concert pianist at the University of Oslo's Aula, attended by His Majesty King Olav V.
Since then, he has built an extensive and distinguished career spanning research, education, concert performance and composition. Wolfgang Plagge is renowned for his exceptional knowledge, musical insight and ability to engage and inspire audiences.
This event will be held in Norwegian.
