Join an inspiring journey into the human mind as John Hammersmark explores how we can navigate life’s challenges.

In everyday life, we often operate on autopilot, driven by instincts, emotions, and habits. Hammersmark questions why so many of us let fear hold back our potential, even in one of the world’s safest societies.

Drawing on his unique military background, he shares experiences and reflections on self-leadership, trust, and teamwork—essential for both individuals and teams. He takes us back to our human roots to explore the irrational fears that shape our daily lives. How can we identify and improve our reactions, and what can we learn from high-performing teams to achieve excellent results?

This lecture demonstrates how small adjustments can make a big impact on your life and workplace. Hammersmark argues that high standards can coexist with a friendly atmosphere. Values such as care, collaboration, and social security become crucial factors for growth and performance.

Join a journey towards better teamwork and increased mastery, where Hammersmark also draws insights from Kompani Lauritzen and shows how we can break barriers to become the best versions of ourselves.

Welcome to a lecture that will leave a lasting impression on your thinking!
