One Night Only: Janove Returns to Piano and Concert Hall
After years of spectacular Kaizers Orchestra shows on Norway’s biggest stages, Janove is now taking a step back and inviting audiences to intimate solo performances at the piano. In November, December, and January, he will perform four exclusive evenings—a rare chance to hear his songs in their most stripped-down form. One night only.
“There’s a special magic in playing the songs as they were created, at the piano, in their purest form. I’m looking forward to sharing both the music and the stories behind it, and maybe giving the audience a little perspective on old and new songs,” says Janove.
With a musical career spanning over two decades, Janove has built a catalogue rich in variety: a full Kaizers repertoire, six critically acclaimed solo albums, and the symphonic Heddapris-winning The Mute. This year’s repertoire spans his entire musical journey, promising a personal and close concert experience with one of Norway’s most distinctive artists.
“It’s time to explore the full range of my career, and I hope the audience will enjoy it as much as I will,” he adds.
