nyMusikk Stavanger and KØDD present nyKØDD at Martinique!
An evening filled with varied, unique, wonderful and playful experiences. The programme features concerts by projects led by students at UiS Bjergsted, a concert by exciting visiting artists (TBA), and concludes with a KØDD jam into the evening and night – or for as long as the KØDD lasts.
nyMusikk Stavanger is opening an opportunity for students at UiS Bjergsted to perform their own projects during the evening. All students are welcome to apply. A selection of projects will have the opportunity to present their work and share the programme at Martinique alongside a professional act.
KØDD is a group of passionate souls from Stavanger’s music scene, driven by a desire for more KØDD in everyday life and more jamming!
A KØDD jam works as follows: Names are written on slips of paper and placed in a hat. Random duos and trios are drawn, and each group performs a short improvisation together. New names are then drawn, creating new constellations. Once the hat is empty, the next round begins. The process continues for as long as the energy, enthusiasm and KØDD remain.
