Egersunds Mandssangforening and Berentsens Brygghus AS have been creating memorable experiences for people for more than 115 years, each in their own way. In 2009, they joined forces to organise the first Oktoberfest in Egersund. A hired circus tent was filled over two evenings with enthusiastic guests enjoying sing-alongs, varied entertainment, delicious food, and a wide selection of drinks.
The following year, the event moved to the town tent, and ever since, singers, musicians, and the audience have been key contributors to the lively atmosphere. Guests can enjoy performances from both the Mandssangforening and the Egersund Musikkorps Tyrolerorkester, and there are plenty of opportunities for sing-alongs and shared experiences throughout the evening.
Oktoberfest in Egersund has grown into a long-standing tradition focused on culture, music, community, and enjoyable experiences. Attendees can enjoy food and a varied programme of entertainment in a unique atmosphere.
