Ole Johnny Stensland, known from Raindogs celebrating Tom Waits, who has visited Madam Felle on several occasions, invites you to a warm and atmospheric concert devoted to the Swedish legend Allan Edwall.
Most of us know Edwall as an actor, and we perhaps remember him best as the father of Emil in Lønneberget. What many do not know is that he was also a fantastic ballad artist.
With his distinctive voice and acoustic guitar Ole Johnny Stensland delivers powerful interpretations of Edwall's sharp, humorous, tender and beautiful ballads.
A concert experience for those who love powerful lyrics, genuine delivery and Swedish ballad music, related to Vreeswijk, Åkerstrøm and Taube.
