This year, Christmas Eve becomes a strange and exciting adventure for Carpenter Andersen!
On his way to the woodshed to put on his Father Christmas costume, he bumps into someone else wearing a Father Christmas outfit. The stranger says he is the real Father Christmas – so perhaps they should swap places? Father Christmas visits Carpenter Andersen’s children, while Carpenter Andersen goes to visit Father Christmas’s children.
But what are Father Christmas’s children really like? Are they very different from ordinary children? And what on earth should they receive for Christmas? Carpenter Andersen takes on the challenge!
