Rogalandsmesterskapet (RM) for school bands is held 11–12 April 2026 in Bjergsted, Stavanger. Here you can experience bands, ensembles, and soloists from morning to evening.
Festival passes and day passes give access to the competitions in Kuppelhallen, Fartein Valen, and at UiS.
The days end for participating bands with a gala concert in Fartein Valen and an awards ceremony with Rogaland Youth Band.
Gala concert Saturday in Fartein Valen at 19:30 – Concert and awards ceremony for bands with wind band instrumentation, junior bands, and the soloist competition.
Gala concert Sunday in Fartein Valen at 18:00 – Concert and awards ceremony for bands with brass band instrumentation, junior bands, and the ensemble competition. Presentation of the Alf Johan Aareskjold Memorial Fund.
Separate tickets are sold for the gala concerts/awards ceremony.

Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the information desks in the foyers at the competition venues. There may be queues here, so arrive in good time!
