Join a full day dedicated to focused writing at Litteraturhuset i Stavanger. Shut Up & Write Stavanger is extending its regular writing sessions, offering several hours to work on individual projects in a shared creative space.
Novels, poetry, screenplays, essays, short stories, journalling or entirely different projects are all welcome. There is no requirement to share work, read aloud or be at any particular stage. The day is simply an opportunity to write in the company of fellow writers.
Programme
10:00 – Arrival, finding a writing spot and short introduction
10:30–12:30 – Writing session I
12:30–13:30 – Lunch break
13:30–15:30 – Writing session II
15:30–16:00 – Time to chat, exchange thoughts, receive feedback if desired, or simply socialise
Guests are welcome to bring their own lunch. Drinks will be available from the Litteraturhuset bar.
A few small creative surprises around the space will offer inspiration and opportunities for a short break from writing.
