Sigrid Moldestad & Hazelius Hedin - a Nordic Christmas concert
Sunday 29 November Sigrid Moldestad comes to Korskirken. It will be beautiful, intimate and genuine when Norwegian Sigrid Moldestad meets Swedes Johan Hedin and Esbjörn Hazelius with "Vintersong". They are each known as powerful performers on the Nordic folk scene, and create a unique atmosphere with their nyckelharps, Hardanger fiddles, guitars and voices. There will be traditional Christmas songs from the shared Nordic repertoire, energetic interplay, original songs and stories.
Esbjörn Hazelius and Johan Hedin are among Sweden's greatest folk music stars, and have an extra nerve in their interplay that touches deeply. They have toured extensively, released several records together and have a large Nordic audience. The same can be said of Sigrid Moldestad, who has several records behind her and is known for her powerful delivery and her songs. The trio will tour in both Norway and Sweden before Christmas.
