In 2026 Åge does a limited number of concerts in this format. Here audiences meet a close and concentrated experience, where he stands alone on stage with a selection of songs from throughout his career.
The songs are performed in acoustic versions, with room for nuances, details and the lyrics that carry them. At the same time this is equally an evening for the stories, for the performance and for what happens in the encounter between artist and audience.
Between songs Åge shares reflections and experiences from a long life as a songwriter. Encounters with people have been a central driving force in his songs, as inspiration, starting point and direction, and audiences get an insight into how and why the songs came to be.
This is Åge Aleksandersen in a close and direct format, where both the music, the stories and the performance get the space they deserve.
