Dagfinn Lyngbø returns with a brand new show: Folk
People are one of the topics we talk about the most – whether it is the boss, the neighbour, an aunt, or that fellow on the bus with a handkerchief. While the world is full of wonderful people, it is often the odd, peculiar or irritating ones who spark the most conversation. Simply because it is far more entertaining.
When one of Norway’s leading comedians turns his attention to people, the result is guaranteed laughter and recognition. This time Dagfinn Lyngbø is joined by one of his favourite people, musician and close friend Bjarte Jørgensen. Together they promise an evening filled with energy, music and humour of the highest calibre.

Lyngbø has previously enjoyed huge success with shows such as Ka e’ vitsen? (2005), Evolusjon (2008), Stereo (2012), Supersmud (2017) and Kjøreregler i forbindelse med koloniseringen av Mars (2020). Collectively these productions have sold over half a million tickets and earned him no fewer than eight Komiprisen awards, cementing his position as Norway’s most popular comedian.
Stavanger Concert Hall looks forward to welcoming the audience to an evening of humour, warmth and shared recognition. The only certainty is that when Dagfinn Lyngbø creates a show – people turn up.
