Vamp has established itself as one of Norway’s most beloved bands and has become a part of the Norwegian cultural soul. With their completely unique expression, they seek the beautiful and the powerful, crafted by hand, in an increasingly colder and more automated world.
Through 18 album releases, Vamp has sold over one million records and received five Spellemann Awards, as well as the Prøysen Prize and the Medaas Prize.
With a catalogue full of well‑known and cherished musical treasures such as «Tir n’a Noir», «Månemannen», «Liten fuggel», «Ingeborg», «På bredden» and «13 humler», Vamp has stood as a pillar in Norwegian musical life with their unique ability to combine tradition and the contemporary -and has therefore found their way into the hearts of several generations of listeners.
