Visit the Art Museum with Our Curators
Members of the Friends of Stavanger Art Museum are invited to a special presentation of our new exhibitions.
Helga Nyman, curator of the Cory Arcangel exhibition, will introduce the exhibition. Inger Gudmundson will talk about the new display of historical works, including works by Kitty Kielland, Lars Hertervig and others.
Vibece Salthe will present the new display in the Frida Hansen rooms and share the thinking behind the presentation of contemporary art from the museum’s collection. Hanne Beate Ueland will also be present.
Following the presentations in the auditorium, everyone will head into the galleries to experience the art together.
