Deep in the municipal sector sits a washed-up vocalist, longing to return to the stage. In a cramped flat in the capital sits a disappointed guitarist who has realised that playing at Lyse Arena can never compare to Mellombels. Behind a mixing desk stands a drummer who really just wants to be back behind the drums. And amid nappies and sick, a new father wonders whether it actually breaches paternity leave to play rock with Vrakfeber again.
Vrakfeber is back! After two years of hibernation, the crew is ready to end the year with a proper concert. Joining them is the super stand-in Birk Nes on bass – and he promises the band is better than ever. “It’s a dream come true,” says Nes. “Finally, I get to help win all the ladies. Life jackets are ordered!”
