On arrival day, Friday, we have a welcome dinner together and an opening ceremony at the yoga studio.
We start the next day with an energizing and body-opening yoga class. This is followed by a rich breakfast buffet and a long day outdoors. We enjoy the beauty of nature, the depths of forests and fjords, and enjoy the silence and meditation on a high mountain top. Yin and restorative yoga class in the evening helps to recover the tired body. A rich and healthy vegetarian dinner will restore your energy reserves. You will sleep like a baby and the next day you are ready for your next adventure.
This yoga holiday between the fjords of Norway is a real adventure that will nourish your body, soul, and spirit. You can turn yourself off completely and make a new restart.
