Rundebranden

Rundebranden is the third largest bird mountain in Norway, and has got a thriving bird life as well as a wide range of plants and flowers. The peak is at around 300 metres, and offers views of the ocean, a myriad of islands, and mountains from Stadt to Eide at Nordmøre. There are trails from south and north, and the trip goes partially through marshlands up to the mountain plateau.

Runde Lighthouse

Runde lighthouse is one of 80 protected lighthouses in Norway and is located on Kvalneset at the northwestern tip of the famous bird island Runde.

Walk over Kvalsvikryggen from Fosnavåg

Kvalsvikryggen is an easy hike on top of some rugged cliffs that dives into the Atlantic Ocean. Here you will get a fantastic view towards Runde, Skorpa, Sunnmøre alps and Svinøy lighthouse.

Herøy Coastal Museum

The Coastal Museum is the old trading town from the 19th century, with various buildings, interiors, fishing cabinets and boats.
