Sauda Golf

Sauda golfcourse is located in pastoral surroundings in Saudasjøen, a five minute drive from Sauda town centre. In this area you can also go for a hike around Rødstjødna mountain lake and enjoy Norwegian baked goods at Anna’s Kafe (only open on Sundays). At Sauda golfclub you are surrounded by wild nature and beautiful mountains. The golf course has a driving range by Rødstjødna mountain lake; here you can hit the balls straight into the lake as they use special balls that float. The exciting driving range can be used without a club membership, but to play on the golf course you need to be a member of a golf club. Sauda is blessed with heavy snowfall in winter and the golf course is only open in the summer/early fall season. Parking for the golf course is free.
