Kammerpike Edith

Lorth Phillip and Lady Louisa built Todalshytta Lodge in 1901. Every summer the lodge was their residence for hunting and fishing with many famous guests from England every year.

On the journey, they brought "chambermaid Edith" who was responsible for food and training of personnel. She used a lot of local food and the Lodge quickly became known as a great eatery. The eatery strives to use as much local produce as possible, and has features every week of traditional dishes that were previously served in the area.
