June Kommune – Norway's Cheerful Minister For some fantastic years! June Kommune has been a service leader in Stavanger municipality for ages, overflowing residents with her distinctive service orientation and heartfelt goodwill. No challenge is too small or too big for June Kommune. If you have a life challenge, the municipality's own service leader takes the lead to resolve it.

Naturally, this results in a considerable amount of compensatory time off. In the fall of 2021, June Kommune had accumulated so much compensatory time that she needed a breather and simply had some 'ME-time.' After a two-minute break, creativity bubbled, and the inner need for self-realization emerged. June Kommune decided to create her own show at Humorhuset Stavangeren. What a success it was! June Kommune's life and work engaged the audience. And June Kommune received a stream of requests: 'Lise Hansen at the library is retiring after 40 years of service – could June Kommune come and add brilliance to the farewell?' or 'The boat 'Against Maren's Will 2' is launching and christening – could June Kommune handle the naming?' or 'The lively Archives Team at the museum is celebrating with bubbles – could June Kommune kick off the party?'

And, being the YES person June Kommune is, it's not hard to guess the answer. Where there is a party or an occasion, June Kommune contributed with pomp, circumstance, uplifting words, humor, flags, colors, and joy. And after requests from all corners and wishes from both Erna and Jonas, one day June Kommune suddenly had to realize the new role she had slipped into: June Kommune has become Norway's Cheerful Minister. Of course, the job is handled. As the flagship and foremost representative of the Service Center, June Kommune is in her place 37.5 hours every week excluding time off, but a week has 168 hours after all. There's room for so much more, and June Kommune has taken over that space.

Celebration, joy, and style are not to be underestimated. June Kommune has embraced and perfected the role, inviting the population into her new world of joyous expressions. It's a birthday, Christmas, New Year's, and May 17th all at once when June Kommune invites you to a stage party with her brand-new show: 'Norway's Cheerful Minister.'
