Jakobselet is a lodge just a few hundre meters from Reindalseter. It's over 100 years old and belonged to Jakobgarden, which now lies under water in Zakariasdammen.

Kaldhusseter lies in Tafjord on the northern part of Kaldhussætervatnet. It's a part of a cabin network in the Tafjord mountains and a good base for many hikes in this area. There are also good fishing opportunities in the area.

Jemtegård Holiday Centre is located in quiet surroundings close to Valldal village centre. There is a large area for caravans/camper vans and well-equipped cabins.

Fieldfarehytta is a 15 minutes walk from Veltdalshytta and has four beds. Self-service (without provisions).
