Amble Gård - The organic apple orchard

Today, the farm is run by Mette Marie Heiberg and her husband Anders Bjærke.
The apple orchard at Amble Gård consists of about 8,000 trees on about 35 daa. The oldest part of the garden dates from 2017.
In 2021, Amble Gård planted 1 daa of organic raspberries to use in the juice production, and also with organic rhubarb, blackcurrant and pear.
Production of apple juice
The production of organic apple juice takes place at Amble Gård in September and October. The apples are ground and pressed. The juice is pasteurized and bottled and bag-in-boxed
By the old family museum building, at the entrance to Amble Gård there is a self-service farmshop with products from Amble Gård. Here you can taste the various organic apple juices, buy a glass, fill a bottle or buy a carton of our tasty apple juice.
We also have eggs from our own hens, honey produced in the organic apple garden and locally produced jams and jellies. In the self service farmshop you can pay in cash or with VIPPS
