The steep slopes along the Sognefjord offer fantastic fruit growing opportunities. And it is precisely on such a slope that you will find Ølmheim Siderhage. The garden has been in the Ølmheim family for over 300 years. Apples have always been grown here, and today they are also bottled as cider.
Cider tasting and tour
Ølmheim Siderhage offers tours and cider tastings all year round upon request. The tour takes about 1,5 -2 hours. Click here for more information
They produce a modern, natural and dry cider. They rely on a slow production process so that the cider has enough time to develop carbon dioxide and its natural aromas.
