Espen Beranek Holm and Rune Andersen are back with a brand new show – and this time they have decided to get really good. Why? Because the world has become a bit too much. The pace is fast, the demands are even higher, and if you don’t respond to messages before they’ve been sent, you’re probably not keeping up. But in the midst of all this, Espen and Rune come up with a show that asks the important questions: Do we always have to be so good? Can’t we just… joke around a bit?

“Espen & Rune are getting ready” is packed with razor-sharp imitations of famous Norwegians (both new and old), musical parodies, fresh sketches and just the right amount of hats and goofiness. Here, celebrities, royalty and cultural figures get to go through the motions – side by side with southerners, self-help junkies and people pressed for time.
