Freak Kitchen back on stage
Freak Kitchen is coming to Ovenpaa with its uncompromising mix of hard rock, humour and virtuosity. Led by guitar phenomenon Mattias IA Eklundh, the band offers a concert experience that is completely out of the ordinary.
A band without boundaries
With musical roots in everything from metal and prog rock to jazz and Indian folk music, Freak Kitchen is known for challenging, surprising and entertaining. The band has played to sold-out venues all over the world – now it's Kopervik's turn.
Mattias IA Eklundh at the helm
Eklundh is considered one of Europe's most distinctive guitarists, known for his technical playfulness and stage presence. Together with Christer Örtefors (bass) and Björn Fryklund (drums), he forms a tight and explosive band.
Cult status and concert energy
With albums such as Land of the Freaks and Cooking with Pagans, Freak Kitchen has built up a loyal fan base. Live, they offer energy, precision and a joy of playing that must be experienced.
