Magical Christmas Concert with Kordelia
Join us for a heartwarming and magical Christmas concert with Kordelia! On Saturday, 20 December at 18:00 in Loddefjord Church, experience Bergen Vest’s newest women’s choir.
Kordelia, which means “heart,” was established in spring 2024 after 30 years as a mixed choir, and now consists of around 30 music-loving women eager to share their passion with the audience. Under the guidance of the talented conductor Bjørn Bergmann, the choir has prepared a varied and festive program that will fill the church with Christmas joy.
Adding an extra dimension to the evening is the acclaimed pianist Frode Skag Storheim, whose unique combination of musicality, humor, and finesse will serve as the evening’s connecting thread.
“Kordelia’s Christmas” features a diverse repertoire of beloved Christmas songs as well as a few hidden gems guaranteed to get you in the holiday spirit. Expect beautiful melodies, heartfelt moments, and an atmosphere that brings everyone together.
