The album is now considered a Norwegian rock classic with songs like "Cowgirl" and "Lonely Rose". The band consists of two original members, Hans-Olav Solli on vocals and Staffan William-Olsson on guitar, as well as Dag Selboskar (Da Vinci etc.) on keyboards and Svante Henryson (Yngwie Malmsteen etc.) on bass and Kenneth Kapstad (Motorpsycho etc.) on drums. The latter has replaced Geir Digernes who passed away in the fall of 2024. The band displays musicianship and technical skills at a very high level and makes brilliant versions of grom songs like "Cowgirl", "Lonely Rose" and "Rock 'n Roll Star".

The story of Sons of Angels is an adventure in Norwegian rock history. Started by Lars Kilevold and Torstein Bieler in 1988, they were the first Norwegian band to get a contract directly in the USA when they signed with Atlantic Records in 1989. Now the band is celebrating its 35th anniversary with a concert at Kulturfabrikken.
