WINTERSTØ – VERDALEN ZOO LIVE 2026
Terje Winterstø Røthing (Skambankt, Kaizers Orchestra) is taking his new project, Winterstø, on tour for the very first time. With fresh songs and a completely new band, Winterstø invites audiences to concerts across the country.
"This is the first time in a long while that I’m touring with an entirely new band. I’m both excited and really pumped to start building this project together with the audience. We’ve worked on the album for over three years, and now the time has finally come to share both new music and new live moments. The concerts will focus on Winterstø songs, but don’t be surprised if a Skambankt track sneaks into the set," says Winterstø.
Winterstø marks a new chapter for one of Norway’s most distinctive rock voices.
The music draws inspiration from rock, pop, indie, and folk, with lyrics in Norwegian. Following the singles En runde med fred, Strie strøm, and Anker, and with the debut album Verdalen Zoo planned for January 2026, this tour will be the first chance to experience Winterstø live.
On stage, he is joined by a band made up of both familiar and new faces. Together, they create an energetic, intimate, and dynamic performance that gives the songs both weight and edge.
