Terje Winterstø Røthing (Skambankt, Kaizers Orchestra) is taking his new project, Winterstø, on tour for the very first time. With fresh songs and a completely new band, Winterstø invites audiences to experience live shows across the country.
“This is the first time in a long while that I’m touring with a completely new band. I’m both excited and really pumped to start building this project together with the audience. We’ve been working on the album for over three years, and now it’s finally time to share both new music and new live moments. The concerts will focus on Winterstø songs, but you might also catch a Skambankt tune or two in the set,” says Winterstø.
Winterstø marks a new chapter for one of Norway’s most distinct rock voices. His music draws inspiration from rock, pop, indie, and folk, with lyrics in Norwegian. After the singles “En runde med fred,” “Strie strøm,” and “Anker,” and with the debut album Verdalen Zoo scheduled for January 2026, this tour offers the first chance to see Winterstø live.
On stage, he is joined by a band of both old and new collaborators, creating an energetic, intimate, and lively performance that gives the songs both weight and edge.
