Captain Caravan
Is a desert rock band from Egersund.
Formed in 2015, they released their debut album ‘Shun the Sun’ in 2018 on Cursed Tongue Records (DK).
The debut was well received in the desert rock community worldwide and they were invited to the USA to play at the Planet Desert Rock v2 festival in Las Vegas alongside other bands such as Red Fang, Sasquatch and John Garcia.
The band has new and exciting music ready for release in 2024 and is in the process of recording their second full-length album after completing a split vinyl project, ‘Turned to Stone, Chapter 6’, with Finnish band Kaiser on Ripple Music (US).

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?
It's not far to walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 minutes), but Ogna Scene's shuttle bus service picks up and drops off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.
They arrange it so that those arriving by train from Stavanger are picked up at 6:50 p.m. (approx.). From Egersund at 7:36 p.m. (approx.).
They will also take you to the station after the concert.
Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.
NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be transported, there may be a waiting time of 5-10 minutes.
