At Restaurant Arven in Flåm you can enjoy an amazing culinary experience with a magical view.
Local food has always been served at the hotel, which is a natural consequence of having some of the best producers within the cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables right on our doorstep. The food is processed, smoked and cured in traditional ways and our chefs are given the finest ingredients with which to compose their delicate and delicious dishes.
The menu changes regularly according to the season and the availability of ingredients. In the high season, from May to September, we also offer a sumptuous buffet of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruit, salad, desserts and pastries.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the hotel, with great views towards the fjords and surrounding mountains. Delicious food and warm atmosphere makes the guests relax and sit for hours enjoying it all their senses!
