At Dragsvik FjordHotell, the 3rd and 4th generations work together to make the hotel a place where you will feel at home.

In periods out of season, a Chefs Table is organized in collaboration with the chefs in Matgal.
The restaurant serves the house's deer burger or lamb that has grazed in Grøndalen near Jostefonn, or veal from the neighboring farms and locally smoked salmon from the fjord.
