The ingredients used are primarily from the local vicinity, and this applies to the beverages as well; the apple juice is taken from the village situated at the base of the mountain, the water originates from the mighty Jostedalsbreen glacier and has aged for no less than 5000 years, and finally, Odin's beer is also brewed locally. An array of events are hosted at Mt. Hoven all year round such as concerts and exclusive dinners.
Inside the restaurant, we offer a bar with a vast choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can choose to either sit in the bar area or outside on the west terrace.
Our rooftop terrace serves cinnamon buns and ice cream, along with hot chocolate, coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, and mineral water. We also have souvenirs available for purchase.
