The Jacu Coffee Roastery in Ålesund

Named after the Jacu bird in South America, known for flying from plantation to plantation in the tropical regions looking for the best coffee beans. Inspired by this story, Jacu work to find the world's best coffee beans. Jacu searches for the good plantations and the optimal processing.

When the coffee beans arrive at the premises, they are roasted on the Loring S35 roaster. There, they work to find the roasting profile that brings out the very best in the coffee beans. Jacu works on orders from its customers and packs and ships the same day as far as they can.

The daily focus is to deliver as good coffee as possible, both to private customers, coffee shops and cafes throughout Norway!
