Agatunet is one of the few remaining and the largest listed historic hamlet in Norway. It consists of 45 listed houses, the oldest from the Middle Ages, and ten associated boathouses.

The main building is the Lagmannstova, the oldest documented courtroom in Norway. It was built by the knight and lawmaker Sigurd Brynjulvson Aga around 1220.

Film room, art, cultural-historical exhibitions, cosy café, museum shop, and knight playroom for kids. Freshly baked "Krotakake" every Friday during the summer season.

Outside the summer season, Agatunet is open for events or by appointment. Open for groups all year round.

Cultural hiking trail from the Agatunet parking lot to a port from the Viking Age.

The Hardanger and Voss Museum, the Folgefonn Centre, the Kraftmuseum, and the Olav H. Hauge Centre offer a joint summer ticket, giving you a 50% discount on further museum entrance fees.
