A roundtrip from Lavik to Vik. On your way up to Vik you travel with the express boat.
In Vik you can visit the ‘Hopperstad stave church’. For the return trip you travel with the local postal service boat ‘MS Lysefjord’. Guaranteed a real ‘’fjord experience’’!
Last part again with the express boat.
• Only monday, wednesday and friday, from 01-04 until 31-10.
• If you have a car, it is advisible to start and end the trip at Nordeide, close to Høyanger.
• It is possible to do the roundtrip to Vik, turn-return by ex press boat, every day of the week. (01-apr. until 31-oct.)

What to do in Vik?
Visit the ‘Hopperstad stave church’ in Vik. About 20 minutes walking from the harbour. You will pass the local cheese shop; here can you have a cheese platter for lunch. The trip back with the post boat is the high light of the trip.
