Guided tour - Forest walk in Nigardsbreen nature reserve
Join a tour with guides from the Breheimsenteret Glacier Center on the forest trail in the area. The trail is built with minimal impact on nature and illustrates a typical western Norwegian wilderness trail, which gives a good insight into what Norwegian outdoor life is all about.
The trail itself is about one kilometer long, with about 80 meters in altitude. It goes over moraine ridges, open rocky terrain and through dense forest. Along the way, our qualified guides take the time to talk about geology, the glacier's impact on the landscape, as well as the cultural and natural heritage in the area.
