Start the hike from Rise, west of Sæbø. Find the tractor trails towards the woods. At 400 meters you can cross over to Skondalen. This is a steep part, with a little bit of climbing, men it doesn't require any rope. Just stick to the trail!
Bus (www.frammr.no) or car towards Sæbø. Follow Rv 655 from Ørsta, through Bondalen and then towards Sæbø.
Accomodation close by: Hotell Union, Øye or Hotell Ivar Aasen, Ørsta.
