In this course you will learn basic paddling techniques to take the step into the wonderful world of river paddling. You also receive training in safe behavior on the river, and the course leads to a so-called wet card in the Norwegian Paddling Association's course ladder.
The course is suitable for anyone between the ages of 16 and 60 who wants to learn about river paddling and have a great weekend of fun.
If you have paddled a sea kayak, you will probably learn techniques that you can later also use in the sea kayak.
What is required:
No preparation or knowledge is required to be able to take part in the course. All you need is to bring a drink and a snack. As well as wool/ super underwear, wool socks. On chilly days, it may be a good idea to bring a warm overcoat for use during the lunch break.

Meeting place:
Our office located in the center of Voss at Vangsgata 45. Look for the kayak hanging over the front door.
Attendance time:
Unless otherwise agreed, attendance is at 09.00. On both days, the course is finished between 15:00 and 16:00.
It may be possible to rent an apartment in the same building as our office. Price for the weekend NOK 1,000 per person. + possible washing NOK 1000 Bring bed linen.
