In this course you learn various paddling techniques. Other topics along the way will be safety, rescue techniques, packing the kayak, and launching the kayak in and out of the sea. Day 2 is usually our tour day. If the weather permits, Vått og Vilt brings the grill and cooks barbecue food for lunch.
What is required:
No preparation or knowledge is required to be able to take part in the course. All you need is to bring a drink and a snack. As well as wool/ super underwear, wool socks. On chilly days, it may be a good idea to bring a warm overcoat for use during the lunch break.

Attendance time:
Unless otherwise agreed, attendance is at 09.00. On both days, the course is finished between 15:00 and 16:00.
The course may be moved or canceled if there are fewer than 3 participants. In that case, you will be contacted by us to possibly find another suitable date. At our base in Alver it is possible to rent an apartment for the course weekend. Suitable for 4-6 people.
