Naustvoll Gard - A Living Farm with Animals, Learning and Nature Experiences
Located by Kvamsøy, just outside Balestrand, Naustvoll Farm places nature, animals and people at the heart of everything they do. The farm combines educational work with authentic, hands-on experiences, offering meaningful and tailored activities through the Norwegian Inn på tunet (“Into the Farmyard”) programme. In a safe and welcoming environment, participants have the opportunity to grow and develop through interaction with animals, nature and everyday farm life.
At Naustvoll Gard, they believe in the value of simplicity and authenticity. In a calm and inclusive setting, a sense of achievement, well-being and belonging is allowed to develop naturally and at its own pace. By making use of the farm’s resources, they create opportunities for personal growth, enjoyment and memorable experiences. Naustvoll Farm has been an approved Inn på tunet provider since 2013.
The farm also welcomes visitors who wish to experience farm life up close. Through farm visits and alpaca meet-and-greet experiences, guests can connect with the animals and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. All visits take place in small, private groups, ensuring a personal and intimate experience.
Naustvoll Gard offers guided private tours in Norwegian, English and German. The tours are suitable for both adults and children aged six and above, and last approximately two hours.
